Ingredients

Pasta for this recipe we prefer penne, macaroni. You can also use spaghetti or other kinds too. Use macaroni or baby pasta as it is easy to handle.
I use organic pasta made with wheat & sometimes brown rice pasta. You can go with any multigrain pasta in this recipe. You just need to adjust the cooking time as well. These 8 tips for make pasta red sauce.
For this recipe I use 1/2 medium cup pasta which I boil with 1 teaspoon salt & a few drops of oil.
Mixed Vegetables:- Carrots, peas, green capsicum & bell peppers are the veggies. I used. Veggies like sweet corn, mushrooms & broccoli also go with this recipe. To save some cooking time you can also use pre cut veggies or frozen veggies. This is important 8 tips for make pasta red sauce.

Fine chop 1 medium onion, 2 medium tomatoes. (1 1/4 cup deseeded & chopped or 1 cup pureed.) I used 1 cup pureed tomatoes. 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
